I have always been enamored by Black and White photography. To me it is one of the hardest to accomplish; the composition, lighting, perspective, the subject - all ought to be strictly considered and put into harmony. Because unlike colored photography wherein the colors help the image stand out and communicate, images in black and white are carried by the essence of its subject and theme and the technique to make the shot perfect and meaningful.
In the breadth of my RedBubble (Promote Each Other) community features (which i started over at my Simple Entanglements blog), i have picked out five Black and White photographs which i think are superbly captured and are fine examples of great visual art.
